Accessories for ASON N and ASON S

The following accessories are available for our sound insulation capsules:

Glazing

The 8 mm thick panes of laminated safety glass are fixed in rubber profiles in the plate metal opening to insulate against impact sound. The corners of the window are chamfered with a 100 mm radius. The panes are flush with the external plate shell.

Wing doors

The wing door consists of a stable door leaf that is constructed from a 2 mm thick outer shell with a mineral wool filling and an internal perforated plate covering. Thus a wing door meets the same sound technical requirements as the capsule wall. The door elements can be equipped as desired and, according to the security concept, with locking cylinders or panic locks.

Sliding doors

The sliding doors are smoothly hung on rollers with ball bearings up in the guide rails. The awkward acoustic sealing of the doors in the upper guide area is done using absorbent lined screens. A strong plastic handle is provided to open and close the doors. The sliding doors are guided on the floor. There are no trip hazards in the form of thresholds.

Openings

In order to make utility provision possible in the sound insulation capsule, elements can be supplied with openings. After installing the utility cables and pipes, these openings are closed, for example with matching plates.

Ventilation

On request the sound insulation capsules can be ventilated using incoming and exhaust air sound attenuators. There is an axial ventilator upstream of the exhaust air sound attenuator. This is set according to the customer’s requirements.

Lighting

Lighting can be supplied on request. Our fitters carry out the mechanical assembly of the lights on the building. The switching and cabling site is usually done by the building site staff.
