Another focus of our range is noise barriers. The barriers are equipped with sound insulation cassette elements or with sound insulation sandwich elements, according to requirements, available from an area of > 400 m2. The elements are available in galvanised steel and in aluminium. The supporting structure can be finished optionally as an H profile, single supports or as lattice mast supports. The supports are painted, powder coated or hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461.

The sound absorbing elements are between 75 mm and 127 mm thick, according to the sound technical requirements, partly also configured and produced with a multi shell design. In the standard finish they consist of galvanised plain sheet on the outside and galvanised perforated plate on the inside. The elements are filled with non-flammable mineral wool that is resistant to aging with an RAL seal of approval as an absorption material. A glass mat is placed between the mineral wool and the perforated plate as spillage protection. Both sheet metal shells are connected with galvanised, notched spacer profiles. Because the zinc surface is not damaged by this connection principle no additional corrosion protection is necessary.
The sandwich sound attenuator elements are constructed according to the following principle:
• External shell: lightly lined
• Material: galvanised steel sheet or aluminium
• Coating: double coated polyester paint
• Inner shell: perforated
• Coating: double coated polyester paint
The following RAL colours are available: RAL 9002, 7035, 9001, 1015, 9010, 6011, 9006, 9007, 3000, 3009, 5010, 6020, 7016, 7037, 8004, 8011. Every element has spillage protection made of polyester mat. The insulation core consists of mineral wool. Density 100 kg/m3 Fire protection class: A1. The external and internal shells are glued to the mineral wool using PUR adhesive.
According to the structural circumstances and the working height, noise barriers are available with lattice mast supports or with individual supports. The supports are supplied with checkable statics.

The supports are fixed with A4 stainless steel screws to anchor plates embedded the foundations. At the customer’s request we can provide a roof for the support structure and install shelves so that you can use this space as an additional covered storage area.
